Normally your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the confirmation e-mail (except for on weekends and public holidays). Should extra costs be incurred, or if your order happens to be out of stock or your delivery delayed, you will be notified by e-mail as soon a practically possible.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation e-mail that can be used to track your order. All orders are sent via UPS and will need to be signed for upon arriving to your stated address – thus we recommend you provide an address where you will be able to accept and sign for your package during working hours, as well as a phone number where you can be reached during working hours.
Delivery time within EU is estimated to 2-5 working days. To the rest of the world, delivery time is estimated to 3-7 working days. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country and payable by the receiver.
Delivery costs are based on your region of purchase. Please see check-out for additional info.
Sales tax of 25% is included in all prices inside the EU. There are no extra charges except those that appear on your list of purchases when you go to the check out.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Last Resort AB ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Return & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@lastresortab.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwear, swimwear, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not refund shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Regarding exchanges; if you wish to change size on your received order please contact our support for a return and place a new order for your item of interest in the correct size.

Force Majeure
Events outside Last Resort AB’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Last Resort AB is released from Last Resort AB´s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment
All products remain Last Resort AB’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Last Resort AB.
All transfers conducted through Last Resort AB are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
